It has been announced that, at the start of next month, the PlayStation Mobile Store will be launched. This will include the inauguration of more than 30 games on Android-based smartphones. It will initially serve the US and Europe, as well as Japan.

In Japan, it will cost from 50-850 yen, and supports Sharp Fujitsu HTC, Sony Ericsson, Asus and Wikipad devices. These releases are set to be followed by that of the PlayStation Mobile Software development kit. That will come at $99.

More specific information over its release in the US and Europe, particularly concerning pricing, is expected soon.
