
Andrew House, President of Sony, has made a prediction that this business year ending on March 31st 2013 will be a good one and end with a profit. Reuters claim that last year’s handheld sales were relatively poor on could be a risk for them.
House, speaking at the Tokyo Game Show said “I think we’ll be profitable this year. We have a growing installed based, growing connectivity of the PS3“. He also spoke of Sony’s 29 billion yen operating profit made last year.
A new PlayStation 3 was revealed at the show, and is to be released next week. It is 25 percent smaller and 25 percent lighter compared to the Slim.
