When you were younger, did you ever desperately wish that you had a twin so that you could wreak havoc just about anywhere? Well, with Chillingo’s TwinGo! game, you can just do that. Something like that.
The twins are named Fuyu and Natsu, the former a ball of ice and the latter a ball of flame. Random trivia: their names in Japanese mean winter and summer, respectively. It makes sense now! The two are working together to retrieve the stars that they accidentally lost (whoops!) and so you help them on their journey to get said stars. The problem is, they are totally twins, so they will move in the same direction.
Because they move in the same direction, figuring out the logic in these puzzles is an amusing and fun task. You must take care not to fall off the level, for if that happens, one of the twins will look at you disapprovingly. Then you might have to hide your face in shame because you lost its twin…only to restart the level a few seconds later, so it’s not all too bad…right?
With 90 levels over 3 different worlds, you’ll find yourself perhaps tearing out your hair because it can take forever to figure out a level. Or, if you really enjoy these games and have a knack for them, you’ll solve them pretty quickly, then have nothing else to play. Kinda stinks to be the latter person though. You can always enjoy the soothing music that plays in the background and will make your playing experience that more engaging and exciting and you’ll decide that, hey, you want to play longer and enjoy taking your time to play.
Such cute twins! You’ll certainly have fun playing with these twins and the power-ups are always a bonus because you can see a second side to them. The controls are easy to use and gameplay is smooth.
