Rovio, developers of Angry Birds Star Wars have announced that the game will be released on November 8th. They said “The Angry Birds and Star Wars universes will collide in our best game to date”, during a teaser trailer.

And Rovio continued “It doesn’t stop there though, we’ll have a whole host of toys, animations and other Angry Birds Star Wars goodness to enjoy”. It all sounds like some great, upbeat thinking from the firm, which should get good sales within the game.

At the same time, the news comes when the US iTunes App Store was dominated in record time by Bad Piggies, a spin off of the title.
