Six years ago, Under Defeat was a game that released onto Dreamcast for Japan only. However, now it is to arrive in the US this autumn for the PS3. An EU release is yet to be heard of, leaving many fans still wondering more about when it will do so.

There are to be upgraded HD visuals and new two-player options, coupled with a “1:9 New Order” Mode for widescreen gaming. At a cost of $29.99, it will be available from the PlayStation Network.

A full copy though, will be complimented by a digital art book, all DLC patches to date, a soundtrack game CD and an exclusive letter from Hiroyuki Maruyama - the game’s executive producer. Keep your ears peeled though - because a version for the Xbox 360 is also expected to be announced in the near future.
