7 Of The Best Assassin’s Creed Scenes In The Series

We’re less than 7 days away from Assassin’s Creed 3’s release, so how about we get ready with 7 of the best moments in the entire Assassin’s Creed series to get ready? Careful though…major spoilers are DEFINITELY ahead!

#7 - It’s a-me, Mario! (Assassin’s Creed 2)
Yes yes…he really does say that, and I think it’s one of my favorite lines in Assassin’s Creed 2. Maybe it’s because I’m a huge Super Mario Bros. Fan, but even so…hearing it in this game just made me laugh.

#6 - Ezio Killing Pope Rodrigo (Assassin’s Creed 2)
The power hungry man gets his hands on the Apple, but he wants more power. To seek revenge for his family, Ezio makes it his job to stop him! So..when he finally gets the chance, Ezio beats the crap out of him.

#5 - Desmond Kills Lucy (Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood)
Desmond and the others have been searching for the Apple the entire story, but gamers were shocked by the end of Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood. Upon finding and touching the Apple of Eden, Desmond’s body falls under the control of Juno and unfortunately she’s out to get rid of someone…that person is…Lucy.

#4 - 16’s Sacrifice (Assassin’s Creed Revelations)
After finally meeting 16 we find out…he’s a bit…bonkers? I mean…wouldn’t you be if you were stuck in the Animus? Anyway throughout the game you’re never really sure if he’s good…or bad, that is until the Animus starts deleting it excess data, including Desmond, and 16 sacrifices himself so Desmond can carry out the rest of the story.

#3 - The End of Altair and Ezio’s Story (Assassin’s Creed Revelations)
After three games of playing as Ezio and Altair, it’s finally time for their stories to come to an end. Ezio finds his way to Altair’s library and unlocks the truth about the Apple that the Templars are searching for and Altair thus bringing an end to their stories.

#2 - Ezio Visits Masyaf (Assassin’s Creed Revelations)
It was revealed as a trailer for Assassin’s Creed Revelations, but it is my favorite scene of the game…when Ezio makes his way to the former home of the Assassin Order, Masyaf. Ezio is greeted by Templars and captured, but sees visions of Altair while there bringing the stories together. Not only that, he breaks free just before his execution and then walks away like it was nothing. Awesome.

#1 - Ezio Turns Into An Assassin (Assassin’s Creed 2)
The best moment of the entire series has got to be when Ezio, the protagonist of majority of the series so far, decides to don the Assassin’s hood and join the brotherhood. It may not be the very beginning of his story, but seeing him put on the hood for the first time is definitely the best scene of the entire series.

Anyway those are my choices for the best 7 scenes in the Assassin’s Creed series.
