It’s Halloween! And that means zombies… lots of them.
If you happen to be in the mode for some zombie destruction, don’t turn on your console, or spend a lot of money on a new game. Turn on your computer.
Some of the best zombie games can be played without all the wires or set-up fuss and are completely free. The graphics may not be the best 100% of the time, but you are always in for a treat when playing online. You never really know what the games will feature or if you will survive them.

Dead Frontier: Outbreak 2 - PLAY
A text adventure set in a zombie world, Dead Frontier: Outbreak 2 features a great story and some of the best voice acting we’ve seen in a casual game. It may not be to everybody’s liking, but fans of “choose-your-own adventure” games should love it. Will you survive?
Meat Mansion 2 - PLAY
Meat Mansion 2 is an atmospheric point and click game with some elements of shooter games in it.

This is one of the odder games on the list. But odd can be good.
You are in charge of a secret, government set up zombie defense tower in the middle of nowhere and your task is to defend it against zombies without killing humans. ZomTV deserves credit for trying something different. Can you guess what happens next?
Autumn War - PLAY
Autumn War is a fun little strategy game with a zombie theme.
In this game, you are not alone in your battle against the zombies. At your disposal is an army of soldiers. If you manage to command them well, you will prevail. Do a bad job and you might end up zombie meat.
Marksmen - PLAY
Marksmen has your standard zombie plot. You’re stuck in the middle of a zombie infested city and need to fend off wave after wave of the un-dead to survive. What sets this game apart from others is that you are given a first-person perspective on the action. It is not the best working game, but the developers deserve kudos for trying something different.
Zombies Took My Daughter! - PLAY
‘Zombies Took My Daughter’ has got to be every parent’s worst nightmare. Your sweet little girl has been kidnapped and if that wasn’t bad enough, the kidnappers are zombies.
The game has everything you would expect from a zombie game - lots of weapons, loads of places to explore and, of course, tons of zombies to destroy. What sets this game apart from most zombie games is that a randomly generated city is created every time you play. Therefore, each game you play will be different. Nice!
Endless Zombie Rampage 2 - PLAY
Endless Zombie Rampage 2 is one of the most highly-rated zombie games around. Though the graphics and game-play are all good, they are not particularly special. And like every other zombie game, you have to re-kill zombies and complete missions with the ability to upgrade your weapons.

The Last Stand 2 - PLAY
As the sequel to the game that gave ConArtists its rise to fame, The Last Stand 2 is a brilliant defend your base-style game featuring zombies. This game is done as well as, if not better than the first. So, make your way to Union City to escape the mainland within 40 days and nights while fighting off the hordes from your make shift barricades… once again.
Desolation 2: The Bunker of Fear - PLAY
Not all zombie games are non-stop gory action. Some actually require you think a bit and Desolation 2 is one of them. In this atmospheric point and click game, a zombie illness that has struck down the local population. You have to find items and solve puzzles in order to help the hero track down a cure.
More Zombies - PLAY
More Zombies has four different play modes (story, survival, defender and time attack) and features Rocco, the hot dog vendor, who ran out of ketchup. When he orders more, he gets a special kind that turns people into zombies! Now you must defend your hot dog cart and destroy the zombies with a ton of weapons. And don’t forget to pick-up ammo, weapons or upgrades else you won’t have any chance of surviving.
