Spring 2013 to see release of GTA V

Rockstar Games have confirmed that their upcoming title, Grand Theft Auto V is to arrive in spring of next year. The news was first announced by its parent company Take Two. It received a rousing reception upon acknowledgement.

Sam House, co-founder of Rockstar Games, said “Grand Theft Auto V builds on everything we’ve learned about open world game design. We can’t wait to share it with fans.” Take Two themselves also claim the game is the series’ most ambitious.

As previously reported, the next issue of Game Informer is to provide extensive coverage and details of GTA 5 when out next Thursday.
