Final Fantasy XIII includes 6 summons, or Eidolon as they are called in this installment. 4 Eidolons are classic summons from the series and 2 are new additions. Summons have always been a high point for fans of the series and I can’t help but feel a little cheated with only taking control over 6 summons. Square-Enix is reporting that 5 million copies of Final Fantasy XIII have been shipped around the world. 2 million were dedicated to Japan, while the remaining 3 million were shipped to other countries around the world. Square went even further with their bragging by announcing that over 96 million copies of the Final Fantasy franchise have been shipped around the globe. More »

From Ziggytek: At Game Developers Conference, Sony demonstrated its Nintendo Wii challenger, the Playstation Move controller, which is touted as much more accurate than the Wii nun-chuck and is targeted at hardcore rather than casual gamers. Sony says that the device will be out in the fall and should be in the $100 range for a full starter kit that includes the Eye camera and a game. More »
