A monster. No, I’m kidding. It’s actually an amazing vintage-looking Xbox. Basically this guy, Ben Heck, who is amazing at taking apart existing consoles and remaking them (in a way), decided to merge an Atari 2600 with an Xbox360 with built-in LCD display. The outcome is essentially a very stylish and portable laptop with the power of the 360, and killer looks of the Atari.

Atari has just announced that they will be coming out with a special game pack titled Atari’s Greatest Hits: Volume 1. The pack will feature Atari classics like Pong, Centipede, Asteroids, Tempest, and Missile Command. It will also include new features such as a multi player mode for certain games. Also included will be game manuals for the original games, a bonus Atari trivia feature that will allow you to test you Atari knowledge. More »

One of the many pleasant surprises of CES was the low down on the addition of a Game Room to the Xbox 360. The Game Room is an interactive online arcade where avatars can mingle and play classic arcade games.
