Fallout artist, Brian Menze has released a rejected Vault Boy perk illustration that was cut from Fallout 2. The shocking image was created after a higher up requested artwork for the in-game perk “Child Killer.” Looking back on the event Menze can’t believe he ever drew something of this sort.
