Hacking was one of the most addictive mechanics from Bioshock. Making those pipe pieces fit together perfectly so the corrosive hacking goo could safely make its way through the machine was about as satisfying as it gets. It’s like they say though, “Nothing gold can stay.” Bioshock 2 trades in Pipe Dream for a timed color matching game. When you initiate a hack a colored slider appears, you must land the swaying arrow on either green on blue to progress, red and white will leave you in bad shape.
