A new trailer has surfaced from Namco. It’s for Tekken Blood Vengeance, the fully-animated CG movie that bridges the gap between the events of Tekken 5 and Tekken 6. There was another Tekken movie that was released in 2010, a Hollywood live action one, that flopped in the theaters. The film’s screenplay is written by Dai Sato (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Cowboy Bebop) and is being directed by Youichi Mouri, who has previously directed the opening movies for Tekken 5 and Tekken 6. In addition, the animation is done by the same studios who did Resident Evil: Degeneration.
