Will anything ever top the great bonuses included with the Playstation release of the cult JRPG Lunar 2: Eternal Blue in 2000? The Complete set included the original game spread across 3 discs, a soundtrack, a leather bound instruction booklet, and an omake box. The omake box was home to a fabric map of the the Lunar landscape, more than a dozen cardboard pop ups featuring the cast as chibi characters, and a bulky replica of leader character Lucia’s magical pendent. When I think of collector’s editions this is the set that I compare them to. But, please correct me if I’m wrong. Have you seen a collectors set that gives Lunar’s set a run for it’s money? More »
